We're looking forward to attending the opening of a new research institute for quantum technologies - the Hannover Institute of Technology (HITec) at Leibniz Universität in Hannover.

HITec is a genuinely unique research centre. It features a cross-thematic research infrastructure with basic and applied research as well as technology development. In particular, quantum technologies in the fields of physics, geodesy and engineering. The research building is designed to house around 100 - 120 staff, with employees from existing groups located in the HITec building, as well as other researchers who are expected to receive third-party funding.
