FULLY-AUTOMATED, BROADBAND
UV AND VISIBLE SHG MODULE

  • The world’s first fully-automated, self-aligning, sealed, high-power, continuous-wave, SHG cavity capable of rapid and precise, broad wavelength tuning and scanning in the UV and Visible up to 150 nm.
 /

SolsTiS Doublet is the world’s first fully-automated, self-aligning, sealed, high-power, continous-wave SHG cavity. This extension for SolsTiS extends the range of output wavelengths via frequency doubling in a fully-automated resonant cavity. It is capable of rapid and precise, broad wavelength tuning and scanning in the UV and Visible up to 150 nm. High-speed, high-resolution stepped and continuous scanning is available over extended tuning ranges.

FEATURES

FULLY AUTOMATED

SolsTiS Doublet is the only fully-automated, wavelength-tunable system of its kind. Operation, including wavelength selection and cavity optimisation, is entirely hands-free.

BROAD WAVELENGTH COVERAGE

Broad wavelength tunability incorporating continuous tuning from 350 nm to 525 nm covers diverse application requirements, including spectroscopy and quantum technologies.

HIGH-SPEED, HIGH-RES SCANNING

High-speed, high-resolution stepped and continuous scanning is available over extended tuning ranges with M Squared’s Dial-A-Wavelength and Terascan functionality as standard.

ULTRA-NARROW LINEWIDTH & LOW NOISE

Ultra-narrow linewidth <200 kHz at 100 µs with a large coherence length (km). The SolsTiS Doublet also has low amplitude and frequency noise at <0.1 % rms.

RELIABLE, LONG-TERM PERFORMANCE

The SolsTiS Doublet’s sealed cavity features an easily replaceable desiccant module to ensure sustained performance over extended periods.

EFFICIENT SELF-ALIGNMENT

Highly-efficient self-aligning resonant doubling of CW input light delivers >2 W at select wavelengths.

COMPACT & STABLE

The system is compact to allow for easy integration. Its sealed cavity allows for gas purging and contaminant-free operation to ensure a longer lifetime, whilst its Invar baseplate provides maximum optomechanical stability.

EASY TO CONTROL

Easy-to-use remote operation is via a web-based control interface, which offers simple integration with third-party tools, such as LabVIEW.
